Write to contact@imaancollections.com. The desk reads everything and answers what it can, usually within a week. Please say which note you are writing about and, when you are reporting an error, quote the sentence and name the source you are relying on. That is what makes a correction publishable rather than a matter of opinion.

What the desk can take: a correction with a source, a suggestion of a standard, a care labelling rule or a published sizing survey that a note should be reading, a photograph you own and are willing to license for a note, and a question that is not already answered somewhere on the site. What the desk cannot take: orders, commissions, alterations, requests for a brand or a shop to be recommended, sponsored content, guest posts with links, and anything that asks the desk to rank labels or sellers. Those messages are answered with a refusal and nothing else.

If you are a maker, a mill, a conservation department or a standards body and you want a note checked against your own published documentation, send the document rather than a summary. The desk works from primary sources: fibre content and care labels, published test methods, retail size charts with their measurement points, and laundry and conservation literature. A press release is not a source.
